Colors & Chopsticks

Tonight at dinner we were discussing colors. Kylie said that her friend Mialani's favorite color is blue. I asked Kylie what her favorite color is. She replied, "Blue, yellow, white, pink and black. And red. And yellow." :)

Another thing that happened tonight...Sophie used chopsticks. For dinner I made a chicken stir fry for me and Steve. For the girls I made popcorn chicken and pasta. I was using chopsticks to eat my stir fry. Sophie said, "I want those" and pointed to the chopsticks, so I gave her a pair. She put the chopsticks in her hand and picked up a piece of chicken with them and put it in her mouth! It was funny, it looked like she had been using them forever. She was only 11 months old when we adopted her, and was on a bottle, so it's not like she was using them while in China. Very strange, but funny to watch. Even Kylie was impressed.
