Wednesday....

Nothing exciting going on. The rain we had last night froze and turned to ice, but the girls' school was open. Little Sis screamed and cried when I dropped her off, but I stood outside her door after dropping Big Sis off and she had stopped.

I was lazy today. Little Sis kept me up last night from 2-4 a.m. so today I took a long nap.

Big Sis had tae kwon do tonight and the teacher threw a party. Big Sis and Angus (who rides with us) were the only students who showed up for class tonight. Miss Lonnie brought pink cupcakes, homemade brownies and juice boxes. She brought candy, balloons, cards and teddy bears for all the students, and even for Little Sis. She is such a nice lady. Angus brought Miss Lonnie two heart-shaped boxes of candy. On one of the boxes it was printed "For My Man." Angus and his parents are still learning English so I'm sure he didn't realize what the box said. I still cracked up about it, though.

After tae kwon do we went home & had spaghetti for dinner. I took everything off of Little Sis except her pull-up. By the end of dinner she was covered in it. Big Sis walked in (she ate a sandwich in front of the tv) and asked why Little Sis had red all over her skin. Noodles were Little Sis' hair, on her forehead, on her belly. It was a mess, but she ate a lot. I gave her a bath immediately following dinner!

After bath time, I was watching American Idol in the living room with Hubby. Big Sis was upstairs for awhile. She finally came down, wearing one of my gold necklaces. She had what appeared to be 2 gold bracelets on her wrists. Upon further examination I discovered they were not bracelets, they were large gold hoop earrings that my in-laws gave me for Christmas! Big Sis had stretched them to fit around her wrist, which broke them. I'd never worn these earrings yet, so I was not happy. But it was hard to be mad at her, she didn't understand. She is such a girly-girl and just wanted to look pretty. I told her that in the future she needs to ask and get my permission before going into my jewelry drawer.

That's all the excitement for now.
