As I posted previously, many parts of China recently reported horrible snow storms, some the worst in 100 years. The worst orphanage affected was the Chenzhou SWI which is where Little Sis spent her first 11 months. Half The Sky set up an emergency fund and they were able to get to the Chenzhou SWI with the much needed supplies.
