Progress

Today was the inspection for our old house. It lasted about two hours. We weren't there, so we're anxious to hear the results. I won't be able to relax until the closing of our old house.

The electrician is coming out tomorrow morning to install our lights. The only problem is that we haven't bought them yet! So, after dinner tonight I went to Lowe's and bought all the lights but the master bedroom ceiling fan. I went to Home Depot afterwards and bought it there. Then I got home, we got the girls in the van and went to the new house to drop off all the lights.

I hadn't been to the new house since they started the shower tilework in the girls' bathroom. They haven't grouted it yet, but I think it looks amazing so far. I look forward to seeing it all finished with the vanity, toilet, flooring, etc. The 1st photo is a detail of the tile inlay in the shower:

And this last photo is in the master bathroom. We bought a new vanity, sink, faucet and mirror. We will have to paint, so ignore the weird faux paint job:
