Today I had my interview for the part-time job. I'm really not sure how it went. Usually I can tell if things went horribly or great. This time I couldn't tell. The man who interviewed me was stoic and unreadable. He said he needs to discuss things with one of the business partners and will get back to me around the middle of next week. It was one of the strangest interviews I've been on. And it's been 12 years since I last went on an interview so I was nervous.
It's been a very dry summer. We needed the rain. Last night it turned windy and was the perfect weather to fly a kite. A few months ago I bought Kylie a Dora The Explorer kite for $1 and she got to use it last night. It went very high. I took some photos, but it was pretty dark out so the photos didn't come out great.
