Friday

Kylie's school had a carnival Friday. She played games, jumped in the moon bounce and got her face painted like a cat. She had so much fun. Sophie stayed home with me. It was very hot (90+ degrees) so we mostly stayed inside. Then in the afternoon it was time for tae kwon do. After dinner we played outside (still very hot). When it got dark the girls wore glow stick necklaces and anklets. Kylie played with sparklers, while Sophie threw "pop-its" onto the driveway. Neither one wanted to come inside, and since it was a weekend night, I let them stay up a little later than usual.
