Saturday Soccer

This morning Kylie had her first soccer game. I am so proud of her. There were several children from her team who weren't there, in fact there were only 3 on her team (including her) who showed up! They ended up putting a couple kids from the other team on Kylie's team to even things up.

I am proud of Kylie because she never once whined or complained. She was hot and tired but still ran around the field. She managed to kick the ball a few times. It was a longggg game. At one point we thought the game was over and then they announced it was half time! The game lasted over an hour, which I think is a long time for 4 year olds to be running around in the hot sun.

After the game Kylie took a shower and I made lunch for her and Sophie. Then nap time. Sophie's still napping as I type this, and Kylie's watching Scooby Doo. In about 45 minutes we're going to the park to meet up with Kylie's friend Lili and her Daddy.
