Saturday, Part I

Today was the longest day ever. Steve is out of town so I'm doing it solo.

In the morning Kylie had soccer evaluation at 10 a.m. Vacation Bible School started at 9:15 so we were late.

Kylie was the first one at the evaluation. It was pretty intense for a 4 year old. There were many stations set up. At the first one she had to run back and forth and they timed her. At the 2nd station they timed her dribbling the ball from one line to another. At the third station they timed her dribbling the ball in-between orange cones. And at the last station they timed her running up to the ball, dribbling it and then kicking it into the goal.

She was hot and sweaty afterwards but we didn't have time to change. They had popsicles at the evaluation so that helped. It was very hot and very, very humid outside.

Here are some photos of Kylie (and Sophie) right before we left the house this morning.
