Monday

Today was another beautiful day, and the girls were home with me. We didn't sleep well last night because Little Sis discovered how to get out of bed and open her door and walk down the hall into our room! We were wondering how long it would take her to discover this. Today we switched out the doorknob so that we can keep her in her room without her escaping.

In the morning I took the girls to storytime at the library. After that we ate lunch, took a nap (she tried to escape again but I held onto the doorknob and wouldn't let go), then went to the park and played. After that they wanted to play with water balloons back at the house. I bought a package of 250 water balloons for $1.99. I fill them up with the outside faucet and it provides a lot of entertainment for both of them, especially Little Sis. She only likes the orange ones for some reason. They throw the balloons on the grass, the driveway, up in trees, against the house.

After the water balloons they had a popsicle, then I took them on a wagon ride and then I started dinner. Daddy got home late so we ate without him.
