"Love you, love you"

I'm so sorry there's still no photos. I opened up one of the three instruction books and got freaked just by the illustrations. And I need to buy a memory card. My goal is to figure out the camera AND take some photos by Sunday. Wish me luck.

Yesterday it snowed, turning into freezing ice by this morning. Luckily Big Sis didn't have school anyway. We played in the snow for a little bit and Little Sis loved it. We took a long nap, and I decided not to brave the roads for tae kwon do. Hubby is in Indy tonight watching a Pacers game and I don't expect him home until at least 11, maybe midnight.

While I love my kids, having them literally all day in the house is wearing on me. If it were spring or summer or fall and we could spend time outside on the swings or in the stroller it would be a different story. But cooped up in the house is getting old. It's 9:30 p.m. and they are going to bed in 5 minutes, whether they want to or not.

I posted previously that Little Sis is starting to say sentences. Today she has said some new sentences, like "Where Daddy?" and "Daddy home." But even better, today is the first time she's said "Love you, love you." She's told me and Kylie. She also says, "My Mama" which I just love to hear.

Lastly, please keep my Dad in your prayers and positive thoughts. He's going through some medical 'stuff' and we won't find out more until next Wednesday. My Dad is a tough bird, so I'm hopeful that whatever happens he can beat it and be back to his tough, active self.
