Sunday - still sick

Well, now everyone in the house is sick! I woke up this morning with congestion. Now Daddy has it too. It was cold and grey today. We were getting cabin fever. I think Little Sis is getting some more teeth, as she's been drooling and putting her fingers way back in her mouth. I gave her some Motrin for the pain.

Little Sis was up late last night again from 10-11 pm and then from 1-2 a.m. We're really, really hoping she sleeps tonight.

Big Sis has been worried about Daddy's cold. Today she said a prayer, "Ummm Baby Jesus watch Daddy, he's sick and...and....and....me and sis and Mama. Amen!" And then she said, "God is great, God is good, Baby Jesus and Mary, Amen!" She's so silly.

In a couple more days it will be 2008! I remember how I spent last New Year's. I had just painted Little Sis' room and on New Year's Eve I assembled the crib and hung the art on her walls. I remember wondering about Little Sis, what she looked like, how old she was, what province she was from, hoping that her nannies were taking good care of her. And then a month later, on February 2nd, we got the call! Hard to believe it has been almost a year. Now I can't imagine our lives without her.

Little Sis didn't want to each much today....

Can you tell she's ready for her nap?

Big Sis was so tired that she feel asleep on the dining room floor!

And playing with Big Sis' Leapster.
