Little Sis eating pineapple and Cheerios
Today Hubby promised Big Sis and Little Sis that he would take them to Chuck E. Cheese in the afternoon. A word of advice to anyone with children...NEVER go to Chuck E. Cheese on the Saturday before Christmas! I've never seen the place so crowded. All the parking places were filled. We ended up parking in the employee parking lot. It was so crowded inside that they ran out of available tables and were not letting people in. They let us in since we were only going to play the games and not sit down and eat.Little Sis loved Chuck E's. We were in front of the big stage and she was dancing around, jumping and clapping her hands to the music. Big Sis played games with Daddy and then we left.
After dinner Daddy took Big Sis to her friend's to play while I stayed home with Little Sis. My goal for December is to clean out our basement. I've been working on it for 3 weeks now. Tonight I got a lot accomplished. We have lots of toys down there so Little Sis entertained herself while I vacummed, sorted boxes and cleaned. I'm 90% done. I need to have it all done before my mother comes on Christmas Eve, LOL! She's the one who has not-so-subtley hinted that it was a mess down there!

I'm so excited about the .... we got Big Sis. I've had so much fun getting it ready that MDH thinks it is really for me. I guess that just proves we are never too old to play with toys. Looking forward to seeing you soon.
The only time we go to Chucky Cheese is Monday-Thursday. I can't stand the crowds there. We haven't taken Candace yet. Have fun cleaning the basement. I'm doing some deep cleaning tonight because my in laws are coming tomorrow. I need to keep up appearances. I can't let them know that I am really a slob.
